Ingredients
Qty
Potato Cheese Pound
Steamed raw rice
250 gm
Maida
100 gm
Jeera powder
1 tsp
Baking powder
a pinch
Salt
to taste
 
Method of preparation:
 
  • Mash the steamed rice & set aside.
  • Seive maida with a pinch of baking powder.
  • Mix the flour with the mashed rice.
  • Divide the dough into equal ball shape.
  • Roll it into round shape.
  • First slightly cook in tava and then in coal fire or direct flame.
  • Serve hot with any side dish.
