Ingredients
Qty
Potato Cheese Pound
Steamed raw rice
250 gm
Maida
100 gm
Jeera powder
1 tsp
Baking powder
a pinch
Salt
to taste
Method of preparation:
Mash the steamed rice & set aside.
Seive maida with a pinch of baking powder.
Mix the flour with the mashed rice.
Divide the dough into equal ball shape.
Roll it into round shape.
First slightly cook in tava and then in coal fire or direct flame.
Serve hot with any side dish.
